Immunizations

Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital supports the Lake County Community Health Partnership by hosting a walk-in immunization clinic on the fourth Saturday of every month between January and October.

Health Department nurses administer immunizations from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Health Education Center on our Lake Forest Campus. Some restrictions may apply for the Hepatitis B shot. Please bring your child’s immunization records with you. The cost is $10 per immunization and no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
