Located at 1475 East Belvidere Road (Route 120) in Grayslake, Northwestern Grayslake opened in 2004 to expand healthcare services for patients in western Lake County.

Beginning with outpatient services and medical offices for physician practices, Northwestern Grayslake continues to expand—with its Emergency Center in 2009, Cancer Center and outpatient Surgery Centers in 2010.
